Kitchen Ceiling Repair and light fitting

There is three aspects to the job that needs doing: 1: Repair ceiling hole caused by old water leak - roughly 1m square 2: skim entire kitchen ceiling flat. Finish should be matte White. Ceiling is 2.7x2.6m roughly 3: remove old light in middle of the room and replace with 6 mains downlighs (a picture of which is attached) They are available from screw fix direct - they are £7.36 each. The job is in the kitchen of my tennanted house, so care will be needed in working, ie dustsheets and clearing up properly.
