Kitchen Extended at side of house, slight change to description so pls see drawings

Extending kitchen almost to match utility wall. In between will be space for a small toilet because otherwise the waste pipe leading from upstairs would be in the kitchen. The external utility wall needs to be knocked down (but only the outer wall). The gas pipe will need moving further back inline with new kitchen wall. I am extending roughly 5.5ft x 14ft. New windows will be in place as well as 2 doors but we will buy these ourselves. Internally the utility room external wall will need replastering with a fan installed and the floor leading to utility room levelled. Plans are being drawn up at the moment and I am just waiting on confirmation from the Council for planning permission. I would like to get this started roughly between July - September if that is possible. Please leave a quote. Thanks
