Kitchen fitting + rat proofing

I need someone excellent and flexible who will be able to help me a)Re fit a kitchen (including ripping out cupboards and flooring, and at the same time, b) rat proofing the area and c) cleaning up whatever horror stories there may be behind the cupboards and floors bearing in mind that rats have gotten in. It will be a job in January, unless you are able to come and get EVERYTHING completed by 17th December. Please do not respond unless you are happy to do all of the above, I am looking for someone to do the full job. I already have an idea of the kitchen I want, but am open to ideas or if you know a supplier. Working on weekends would be easier for me, but we can work around it.
