Knock through kitchen wall into dining room.
Wall is 3.85 wide x 3.1m high. 400mm pillars to remain on either side to support 3.5m RSJ which is on site.
Re-plaster pillars and around RSJ once knocking through is done.
Remove bricks from site The wall has a radiator and sink which will need to be removed.
The radiator does not need to be reconnected but the sink does as we will need to use while job is being carried out.
Building Control App is in place for these works.
