Knock through front/back room partition wall

Partition wall with double doors, between front and back room. Seems to be breeze block inbetween. I wish to knock this through with no archway inbetween the rooms if possible. Standard 20 year old Jelson house, regular height ceiling. Width approx 3-3.5 metres at a guess.
