Knocking hole into chimney breast

Hi We have just moved into a 1930s detatched house. The chimney breast has been bricked in downstairs. I want to knock a hole through and open it up again. You can see through the wallpaper where the hole used to be. I dont want to use it as a fire just more a feature maybe with an electric stove inside the hole. How much would it cost to knock a hole approx a 150cm x 100cm into the chimney breast and to brick off the top and replaster and finish off the inside of the hole. Regards
