Laminate Flooring

Lay a laminate floor in one room around fitted wardobes. It will need doing ASAP for preparing house for sale. I already have the new flooring and the old flooring has been ripped out. The room measures 15'10" x 9'0". I also need a kitchen floor tiling. I don't have any tiles brought and the old tiles are still down. I only need a really cheap job doing as house will be for sale once work complete. The kitchen measures 8'11" x 8'0".
