Large number of odd jobs to get flat to sale-able condition in Edinburgh

Bathroom 1) Mould killed 2) Plaster repairs (old screw holes and some damaged plasterboard) 3) Repainting 4) Floor prepared for Lino (probably involve putting down new surface). L-shaped w/ loo and sink, probably 6 ft x 3.5 ft (at widest point) 5) Lino fitting 6)Bath panel accessibility improved (reposition screws) Hallway 1) Repainting - walls and ceiling. 2) Carpet cleaned - Hall is about 8 ft long and 3.5 ft wide at widest. 3) Moving of gas meter (if possible?) 4) Creation of hall cupboard around meters (price dependant – not vital!) Lounge 1)Repair water damage to wall paper - replacing one or two strips of paper, top to bottom and repainting w/colour matching. 2)Repair water damage and repainting of coving - Cracks to be filled, some sealant applied, gloss painting. Bedroom 1) Affixing edging for laminate flooring 2) Carpet divider bedroom/hallway 3) Repaint ceiling Kitchen 1)Tiles degreasing and grouting. Tiles have been up for sevral years but never got round to grouting them. Need to be cleaned/grouted. Small kitchen, 6.5 ft sq. 2) Repainting Cleaning 1) General top to bottom clean once jobs are done
