Lay a concrete slab 20feet x 12 feet to fit shed on

I have just removed an old shed and there is a conrete slab 10 feet x 6 feet. I need this extending to cover a 20 feet x 12 feet area with a finishing cota over exsisting slab so all looks the same. Lots of old bricks and slabs around if iit helps with base. This is at the bottom of my garden which is 130 feet long so quite a walk up and down with barrows and access behind the garage is a wheel barrow width. 20 feet x 12 feet Shed being delivered on 20th April so quick job required with cash waiting.
