lay a slab

i need a slab/ raft for a shed in my garden. i have side access. enough for a barrow. i could put a skip in front on the road. the raft is just less than 2.4m x 4.8. the slab is 150mm with about 150mm hardcore. ideally i would like some reinf. mesh to hold it together. thanks
