Lay floor in Cardiff

I want a floor layed downstairs in the hall and living room. It's a small area, less then 18 square metres. I will want it done later in the year, late spring/summer as some pieces of furniture will need to wait outside. There's no place to move them inside the house. I will need skirting boards put on existing skirting boards, too. The ones that are in the house are sealed to the walls and are decorative too. I may be wrong about that, but it seems a big job to take them down and put again after the floor is layed, so I was thinking about putting some small and thin ones of the same colour on top of them just to cover the floor edges. I've seen something similar in a friend's house and it looks fine. I will consider other solution though. As I don't know the prices of such jobs yet, I'm putting 10 in the budged, but obviously I'm after a reasonable price. I'll answer any further questions about the job to allow an exact quote to be done.
