Lay Laminate flooring, skirting boards, boxing in boiler and pipes

lay mid quality Laminate a floor measuring 179inch by 177inch (there is a stair case and a chimney breast to be detected from the calculation). Put new skirting boards in the same room. Box in some pipes and box in a boiler which is 18 inc by 39 inch and 12 inch deep. I am looking for the carpenter to supplie thier own materials. There is already an exsisting laminate floor which can be covered or removed. I am not sure how much a job like this will cost so if my budget is unrealistic please still contact me as this job needs to be done ASAP.
