lay new laminate flooring and painting

Boiler sprang a leak which has now started lifing my laminate flooring in my lounge/diner plus the paint on 2 walls has started bubbling/flaking so need a quote on new laminate and painting of the walls. The flooring covers approx 8m x 6m - this is an approximate. The walls are standard. I have put in an estimate of 400.00 but have no idea what the cost really are but still require a quote for insurace purposes.
