Lay slate flooring in kitchen, utility room and sun room

We would like slate flooring laid in the kitchen, utility room and sun room. There is approx 30m2 in the kitchen, 4m2 in the utility room and 10 m2 in the sun room. The slate will be laid over underfloor heating which is being installed on 18th August.
