Quote needed to re-decorate an open plan furnished 1 bedroom apartment measuring a total of 53.7m2 Tasks include: *Remove existing carpet in living room, hallway & bedroom *Remove existing vinyl flooring in kitchen & bathroom *Lay laminate flooring throughout, excluding the bathroom, (damp proof membrane, underlay, laminate flooring & finishing off with cork spacing & edging) *Lay vinyl tiles in bathroom *Paint all interior walls & skirting boards *Wallpaper 1 wall in bedroom & 1 wall in living room Timeframe is flexible but would aim to be completed by end of October 2011 ***PLEASE NOTE: The successful applicant will not necessarily be the cheapest.
