I have noticed a leak from my kitchen tap in the last couple of days. This only leaks when the tap is on. The tap is fed by a 3 way water feed and the water is leaking into the cupboard underneath. I also have an outside tap that leaks when turned on (this is unrelated to the Kitchen as it has done this for years), probably just needs a tighten somewhere??
