Everytime water goes down a plug hole in our bathroom, even to the extent now where it is happening when water goes down the toilet, there is a dripping behind toilet under the floorboards. it don't know how long it has been like this but only became aware of it recently as the floor in the bathroom is starting to turn black! I have spoken to our landlady and she has said that this was a problem when she was in the house but someone had fixed it around four years ago. hopefully this can be fixed, again, with minimal fuss and ease as son as possible.
