Leaking shower and outside tap not working

2 problems - First - leaking shower - constant stream of water from shower head, probably just a washer but I don't know where to start! It's an A&J Gummers unit with an overhead rain shower head and a side connecting movable shower head. Second - outside cold water tap that, despite trying to adjust the pipes under the kitchen sink inside, does't work. Thanks!
