Strip and re pitch roof on existing public house, with room built into loft, with 2 off roof light windows new gable end built to replace hip end roof with 1 off window, and large dormer to side to take future extension. roof to be exiting pan tile and matching, fully insulated cut rafters plastered internal finish. , stairs from first floor internal, stairs from ground to first floor external and new door way with lintel put in on existing external wall.
