Hi, I have rented out a property in Stoke Park Bristol by UWE to students which is now a little worse for wear so have a couple of odd jobs needing doing and a quote for them asap. List as follows: Reseal the bath and fit new piece of lilo in bathroom Repair water damage leak on ceiling Fit 2 blinds in windows Small digs out of wall to be filled and painted Lilo and blinds will be in property ready to fit I have a new tenant moving in on 1st June so ideally would like the job finished by then, feel free to contact me by mobile/email to arrange a look Many Thanks Scott
