I am having a new garage fitted at the back of the house for the household motorbikes. The side and back of the house need work to prepare for this, listed below. Yes, it's a kind involved job with lots of bits. If you want to see it before making an offer, give me a call on 07789513983 and that'll be fine.
From of the house, a flower bed need concreting into a ramp so the bikes can be moved down toward the side passage (area approx 4 ft by 10ft, small 10 inch drop)
Side passage/gunnel has a brick wall that narrows the gap down to a small personnel door. Gap needs widening by a brick and a half, then a new, stronger, lockable door put in (built? If it's a non-standard size. You tell me)
Small amount of flagging, maybe 6 of those 2ft by 3ft concrete slabs, to kill in gaps where little flowerbeds used to be. Leading to:
The actual garage space! This has been dug already, needs to be a little deeper (maybe 3 inches) then concreted. This has to be completely level, or the sloping roof of the garage will leak. Area is approx 10.5ft by 16ft
Thanks, look forward to hearing from you
