Ive got black mold in the bedroom in one corner that has been there for years. It fetches the wallpaper off everytime i renew the wallpaper, even after using mold products. The problem covers approx 7-10 square metres, but this is only an estimate.Im a landlord and i need to address this problem now before installing a new tenant. Immediate work for the right quote.
