mount 2xTV's on wall and move aerial socket and power socket.( plasterboard walls)

I have 2 x 22" tv's to be wall mounted. i will supply the brackets but need the aeriel and wall socket moved up the wall to be hidden behind the tvs. walls are plasterboard with existing sockets about 5ft below desired height. I would like a new ariel and power socket added to the existing ones with the cables run behind the plasterboard. I would also like the tv brackets to be securely attached to the plasterboard walls
