WHAT: I have a fairly modern wall mounted BAXI combi 105 H boiler (2000's vintage) that is located in a bedroom. I would like it serviced as it is currently not working and moving to the bathroom or the kitchen.
WHERE: I would like to move it horizontally into the next room which is the bathroom. Or vertically into the kitchen below (whichever is cheapest and the least disruptive work).
DIMENSIONS: Moving from bedroom to the bathroom is approximately 8 feet in horizontal movement.
Moving from the bedroom to the kitchen is 10 foot vertical and 10 foot horizontal approximately.
WHAT IT INVOLVES: Installation of spare part on boiler, move boiler, move two radiators.
I believe you'll have to;
Measure the job to determine the re-routing of pipework.
Get the relevant materials e.g. pipes.
Take up some floor boards.
Turn off gas.
Drain system.
Disconnect boiler.
Re-site and re-mount boiler.
Re-connect boiler.
Drill new flue outlet in brick wall.
Fill system.
Check for leaks.
Re-install floor boards.
WHEN: I'd like this done as soon as possible as the boiler no longer outputs hot water.
