Move light switch/diode one metre to the left of door frame

Hello Tony Hope you are well. My Wife SArah and i had you fit a light under our stairs at 45 Park Lane some 6 months ago and you did a super job. WE need a light switch diode moved to the other side of the door frame and wondered if you would do the work. The diode needs to be moved from one side of the main door to our lounge tot he exact opposite side of the same wall on the other side of the door. Hope ive made sense.
