Moveing house. contents of house moved from Nottingham NG3 1NX to NG3 3EH

I hope to move house on the 1st Dec 2011 from an address in Nottingham to another address less than 5 minutes down the road. The contents of the house will be from a two bed terraced house. Items will include dryer,washing machine tall fridge & freezer, a king size bed, a bunk bed. 3 desks, a dinning table and 9 chairs, a single sofa, tv unit, a chest of drawers, two book shelves and approx. 10 medium sized card board boxes of items.All items will be dismantled and ready to go. Quote to include removal and setting down items in new property (3 bed 2 storey house) in appropriate rooms only. I may be able to get helpers for the move so please quote me with and without helpers provided please.
