Moving a plug socket and additional one in another room

I have 2 double plug sockets in my bedroom. I need one of them moved, as I'm having a new wardrobe delivered and it will be in the way. It needs to move to the adjoining wall - internal wall, not a structural wall. Can this be done? Additionally, I would like an additional double plug socket installed in a room which currently has no electricity points. It's the other side of the same wall for the above. The wardrobe is being delivered at the end of January - the date is not yet confirmed as they are storing it for me. I would like the work done in the next couple of weeks. Please could some advise me as to how much it would cost and how long the work might take? I am on a really tight budget, with it being post Christmas! Additionally, would the place of the originaly plug socket need to be plastered over? Any help is much appreciated.
