Need my clutch replacing on my car

I have an old peugot 106, it's a 1.1 N reg, now whenever i press the clutch down the car screeches at me, once it is in gear that screeching dies down. I suspect its something to do with a throw out bearing but knowing general problems with clutches i'd imagine it just needs replacing. I am happy to take it to any garage in the Norfolk area, i'd prefer Norwich so that i am able to get back home while it is being fitted though.
