New beds in need of assembling

I have bought two new beds from John Lewis which need assembling as they will arrive flat packed. They are 'Duo guest bed with 2 matresses' - single timber beds. The room also has some existing furniture in which we need moving to another room or just re-arranging so the new beds can go in their new position. A bookcase a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. They arrive on 6th July between 7am and 1pm so assembly on 6th July between 2pm and 5pm would suit best.
