New Kitchen and Plumbing

Old kitchen to be ripped out (approx 10 cabinets, oven, hob, sink, the usual) from room approx 3mx3m along 3 walls. Plumbing to be moved from old kitchen to new kitchen on other side of flat (approx 7m). New kitchen (ikea or equivalent approx 8 cabinets, oven, hob sink etc.) to be installed including new lighting and sockets approx 2mx2.5m along 2 walls. All materials other than pipework for plumbing to be supplied. More details can be provided if necessary.
