New laminate flooring 22.5 square metres (beading etc..)

We will supply materials (e.g. underlay and flooring) but need fitting of approximately 22.5 square metres of oak finish laminate flooring (2V) from living room area through to dining area in kitchen. We require beading around the edges and will require 1 door bar (there are 2 doors but one of them will not need a bar). We also have a bar already fitted in the kitchen area to join the laminate flooring to some existing kitchen flooring/lino.
