No heat in Belling Oven

My Belling oven is not heating up. Model: XOU60FPBK The grill has heat and the fan works, basically everything seems fine apart from I have no heat when I put the oven on. I think it might need a replacement element? The oven is only 1.5 years old. I am looking for someone to supply and fit the part if you think that's what the problem is? Thank you.
