Southampton: no hot water due to electrical fault (ended)

I have a Pulsa Coil III Boiler which provides my hot water, but recently I have been unable to get hot water. After many enquiries, I have been told it is an electrical fault. The lightsd on the switches have gone out and so have the lights on the boiler. The system that fires the boiler is a Nobo System 500 Orion 512.(this is how I programme it) and there is a receiver box (RSX512) which Gledhill (boiler people) say is probably the fault. I am at my wits end now and would be obliged if someone could help. I have had someone call from the boiler company, but they said it is an electrical fault as the boiler will not fire without electric! Please help somebody. Thank you Mrs Hine
