OUT SIDE PAINTING

THE FOLLOWING NEED TO BE PAINTED ON A 5 BED. DETACHED HOUSE. All outside walls of the house except the front stone walls Bottom of the stone walls Both iron side gates, iron balcony rails, four shutters on the balcony, all fascias and sophists and all the small beams which are attached in-between the sophists The beam above the verandah Two front pillars Small stone border at front and small stone wall at front attached to the verandah – both of these need to be pressure-washed; the latter needs repointing ( in black) All the concrete small fences at the front, side and back Seven steps (two at the side, five at the back) A few plant pots, jasmine arch and attached two square pots One patio table The posts of all wooden fences and the base of the wooden fences All outside lights, wall-plant holders, all gutters, down pipes, satellite dish and holder Two front square pots at the top of the drive The following places have flaking paint and need one undercoat and two overcoats: The two side gates, the two front pillars and the wall around one gate (left gate). Everything else needs just one undercoat and one overcoat, unless two overcoats is thought to be required. Paint colours (sample colours need to be approved): • All walls – light cream • Balcony rails and shutters – black • Sophists, facias & gutters- white • 2 side gates- black OTHER: Some pointing needs to be repaired at the front of the house and a piece of wood to be replaced under this missing pointing to the top left of the garage, as you face the garage door Sophists’ gaps to be filled before painting The wooden fence surrounding the house( 3 sides) and the garden shed need to be stained One door at the side of the house needs to be varnished The front verandah needs re-grouting All UPVC window-frames including the window sills, patio door and front door frames with the sills need to be cleaned with appropriate detergent. The budjet price is inclusive of the materials. The above job needs to be started as early as possible. Payment in full on completion of the job with receipt and guarantee of the jobs done.
