Outside tap needs replacing / new and larger pipe fitted for better water flow! (Langley, Slough)

We have an outside tap that is basically useless. It's hanging off the wall, but more importantly, the pipe that feeds it is a DIY screw on type fitting, which only allows a VERY small amount of water out of the tap. So we would like a new tap, and new "junction" at the mains line to allow more water flow through the tap :) I don't have any parts, but am not fussy about it either, so supply and fit would be great.
