Oven hood lights repair/ Doorbell

Hi, I was wondering if someone would want to come around and give me a quote on repairing the lights on the oven hood? Prior to actually going off there were couple of sparks here and there, so I can only assume it might something with the wires, although, of course, I may be wrong. My doorbell doesn't work either.
