I have a Kitchen Floor approximately 25m2 that has been tiled with Polished Porcelain Tiles over Electric Heating on Thermal Insulation Board. (Would like to lift but the cost is probably too prohibitive).
The existing floor is sound and flat within 2mm to 4mm, a few tiles are up and down at the corners and are laid crooked to the room. (Hence we being redone). There is an inbuilt man-hole cover which is to be tiled over. (Have secondary manhole outside building should rodding access be required)
The job entails laying 600x300 polished porcelain tiles (will provide) in a brick pattern using minimal tile spacing. There is also a tile 100mm upstand to be fitted in the same tiles which have already been precut and edges polished.
The Kitchen is a new build in an L shape so provides a clear environment to work.
