Description
Single coat magnolia over existing magnolia which is sound bar a number of scuff/marks. Job does not require any paint to be applied to the ceilings, doors nor any skirting.
Single coat white emulsion to kitchen and two bathrooms over existing white sound emulsion bar a few scuff marks. Note: there is a patch of unsound paint which has peeled away just above radiator that needs making good and over painting.approx 10cm by 10cm.
Flat will be professionally cleaned before the redecoration you quote for to ensure no dust etc is kicking around.
Floor to celing height approx 2.2m less skirting/coving.

Room sizes:
bed 1 : 3m x 2.8m
bed 2 : 5.6m x 2.6m but deduct for double built in wardrobe (not requiring painting nor inside it.
kitchen: 3.1m x 2.5m
painted area approx half of one wall of the 4 because the others are covered by cupboards and/or tiles and the door.
Hall:3.1 x 3m
Note that there are but there are 7 doors which do not require painting thereby reducing the area to be painted.
Shower room (to bedoom 2): 1.8m x 1.2m
Because it contains a tiled cubicle shower and a door the required painted area is to two walls only.
Main Bathroom 2.2m x 1.9 m white emulsion
All walls sound except for bathroom where paint has come away from plasterboard approx 12cm x 12cm
Your quotation must include trade standard paint and any VAT where applicable. Your estimated start/completion dates for booking in this work following acceptance of your quotation would be appreciated as this is a re-let and earliest start completion date is a factor for me.
Budget I have included is high and I will be looking for a competitive quote pleade.
