Paint and clean bathroom. M6 Manchester

Hi, Just moved into a rented house and the bathroom is only small (7' square)and mostly tiled. The paint above the tiles is tired and needs repainting. This will be done brilliany white. the are a few blisters which would need sanding to achieve a smooth finish. The rad will also need glossing. **Gloss and paint will be supplied** In addition,the tiles and seals around the bath are darkened and need cleaning. I have pictures to supply if needed. A couple of tiles under the sink need re attaching
