Paint fascias at top of house only

We are selling our house and would like our top fascias painting only. i have done the lower parts but we do not have a ladder for the top ones. we dont really need it stripping etc as its purely for cosmetic only. If someone could wipe over the gutters whilst they are there too it would be great lol :)
