Paint front face of Edwardian semi- detached house

I require the front face of my Edwardian semi-detached house which is rendered to be painted with a good quality water repellent paint. The guttering and down pipe (cast iron) also needs to be decorated in good quality gloss paint. There are no windows to be decorated. Contractor to provide all materials. I need this work to be carried out asap.
