Paint house (Outside) Southend-on-Sea

Front and back of a victorian terraced house needs to be painted in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. Front: Mainly consists of smooth and decorative render (White) and brick (which does need to be painted). Gutters, gutter boards (6 mtr in length), downpipe and concrete plith (black). A 3 window bay surround top to bottom that needs flakey paint removed, sealed and painted (16 mtr2) . Top has wooden window frames that will need priming and painting. Downstairs has upvc windows. There is another window with surround above wooden front door and concrete surround (12 mtr2) with wooden frame (white) and concrete step. Back: Mainly semi rough render (white). Smooth window seals (black). Wooden lean-to (stained). Gutters, gutter boards (14 mtr in length) and 4 downpipes. Upstairs has a wooden lean-to measuring (8.4 mtr2) with a wooden stair case leading to garden. It has 3 metal window frames and a wooden door. Upstairs has 3 windows with 3 wooden frames that need priming and painting. Downstairs has 5 UPVC windows and a door. Render needs flakey paint removed, sealed and painted (69.2 mtr2). Would like the work to be carried out before the end of the summer.
