Paint the exterior of my house, It is a 3 bed detached, but only the front, one side and the lower half of the back is rendered, so it is only the rendering that needs painting. A garage and passage door needs painting too. Inside, all the ceilings will need painting white and skirtings, 4 doors and 9 door architraves will need glossing. Can you also quote separately (as i may decide to tackle it myself) for painting walls in 2 reception rooms, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms please? I am happy to paint larger areas, (but I am not good at the fiddly bits) if it helps keep the cost down. All the rooms are about 3x3 meters, but i'm only guessing. All walls are in good condition, filling the odd screw hole is all that would be needed. All the painting is just painting over with the same colour, so only one coat should be needed. I have already done the halls stairs and landing and only used one coat. I am selling the house and i want it to look clean and fresh, but i do not want to spend a lot of money. I would like it done during May and am flexible on dates and times etc... Thank you
