Painters needed in West London postcodes for cyclical work (housing association properties - external). Teams of at least 3 painters are required and all operatives are required to hold a cscs card (relevant), basic crb disclosure, own phone and vehicle. Experience with cyclical works would be helpful but not essential. Good communications skills are a must due to working on residential properties/tenants. The pay is a combination of price work and schedule of rates.
