Painting jobs required on external mock tudor house. 1) 14x Vertical & 3x Horizontal (full length of house) wooden beams - remove flakey paint, apply primer and final coat of matt black. 2) Base line / Plinth: Remove flaking paint and also small areas or water damage, repair and reapply a matt black paint. 3) Wrought Iron Railing: 4x Railings + gate at front of property - remove flaking paing and rust and reapply a black Hammerite gloss or satin paint. 4) Front Door: Remove any flaking paint and sand back - reapply a suitable black gloss or sating paint. *** Possible guttering work also but cannot tell without closer inspection. **** I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WORK LIKE THIS COSTS AND HAVE JUST PUT IN A FIGURE OF £850 AS I CAN'T PROCEED WITHOUT FILLING IN THE FIELD....PLEASE QUOTE WHATEVER YOU FEEL IS A REASONABLE COST FOR THE WORK ****
