Painting and decorating water stained wall, couple of locks

Flat in Denmark Hill, painting and decorating quote needed for water stained bedroom (due to leaking roof which should now be repaired), key operated window lock for sash window needed (fairly swiftly), padlock on gate required (or adjustment of existing padlock which is out of line), door gap on external rear door to be remedied, probably a couple of other jobs too. I have stuck a figure in the desired budget part but I realise you will need to see the job first so it's not set in stone.
