Painting bedrooms in St Albans

We have done/will have done the vast majority of the preparation needed to decorate rooms in our home and are looking to have someone come in to do the actual painting for us. The details are below. Bedroom 1 (4.1m x 4.1m) We've already stripped the wallpaper and on 1 wall and under a big bay window the wall underneath is a bit damaged so will need light skimming with plaster or lining paper putting up. Then painting on top. Please also note that 2 walls are mainly fitted wooden wardrobes (curently untreated plain wood) which will need a coat of pimer before the top coat(s). Painting to also include painting the skirting boards and internal wooden door and the ceiling. Bedroom 2 (3.72m x 3.53m) We've already stripped the wallpaper and walls are in good condition undereath. Will require painting top coats, ceiling, skirting boards and internal door. Bedroom 3 We've already stripped the wallpaper and walls are in good condition undernath. Will require painting top coats, ceiling, skirting boards and internal door. Another point is that we will require the radiators taking off and the wallpaper behind them stripping off before the painting starts in all 3 rooms.
