Painting - double height landing and hallway and 1 room

Hi, Landing and hallway needs painting, double height area - so would need extension ladder to reach! Approx 20m2. One small bedroom, 6m2 approx, walls quite high, so extension ladder needed again. I will supply paint for walls. Need this done preferably within next 4 weeks. Thanks
