We need the outside of our house painting and some gardening doing by a handyman/painter. Please see attached photos for more information. - Garage door painting brown - Front door painting brown - Paint all areas above the garage that are white - Paint area where roofing tiles are attached across the top of the garage brown (this area is not currently painted) - Remove eucalyptus tree from front garden (it's currently obstructing the front window). Replant this tree in back garden. - Paint 5 front windows brown - Paint white area above upstairs windows - Paint 3 side windows at sides of the house brown (these are not photographed, 2 small windows and one landing window) - Clear weeds and brambles around edge of back garden - Clear weeds and brambles behind garden shed (garden shed and weeds currently obstructing access to side windows) - Move garden shed several metres - Paint 4 windows to rear of the house (please note patio doors do NOT need painting). - Paint white area below the roof and guttering. Please include dark brown paint, white paint (NOT cream), labour and VAT and anything else necessary to complete the job.
