Painting/ preparing walls

we had a handyman prepare and paint our walls. for the most part this is fine however a couple of areas need to retouched. 1) one area with a crack down the wall - the handyman used mesh and then repainted. however you can see the mesh. we need this to be done. area is 6ft by 1ft 2) two areas have bubbles - from the mesh, two areas have bubbles. one is 4ft by 1ft and the other 1ft by 1ft. we would also need a quick retouch up of some areas i.e. where sealant has been put around kitchen cupboard. when needed? asap. we have started to move in when bubbles appeared so want done before we move more furnitue in. all areas are in the lounge and no taller than a person. easy to reach.
